Bassendean lies in the eastern suburbs of Perth and runs from the Swan River to Marshall Road in the north, generally east of the Tonkin Highway and Beechboro Road North. The electorate includes the suburbs of Bennett Springs, Beechboro, Kiara, Lockridge, Ashfield, Bassendean, Eden Hill, and parts of Bayswater, Morley and Caversham. [Source: ABC]
